To the ignorant of God's righteousness

God is judge

And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God [is] judge himself. Selah.
---PSALM 50.6

SIN and DEATH:

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

The first QUESTION in the HOLY BIBLE:

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
---GENESIS 3.1

Many today sit back and read the HOLY BIBLE and mock God as if the scriptures are one big contradiction.  Some might actually be seeking for answers to their questions such as:
  • Why did God create everything good and now it's not good?
  • Why does God create evil?
  • Is God evil?
  • If God is perfect why did he create so many imperfections?
And so the questions go on and on...

Others appear to want to take God to judgement and take him to some high court to accuse him of being wrong or making things the way they are.  You forget that God is judge. To that this scripture comes to mind:

Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed [it], Why hast thou made me thus?
---ROMANS 9.20

high-minded

HIGH-MINDED, a. Proud; arrogant.

Be not high-minded, but fear. Rom.11.
1. Having honorable pride; magnanimous; opposed to mean.

Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
---ROMANS 11.20

Do you fear the LORD?

But unto the wicked God saith...

Here is a verse for you alleged "preachers" who profess to have some leadership in a church and call yourselves "pastors", "teachers", "evangelists", etc.

But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or [that] thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
---PSALM 50.16-17

Are you establishing your own righteousness?

For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
---ROMANS 10.3

Man's mouth

Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter [any] thing before God: for God [is] in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
---ECCLESIASTES 5.2
