Bank of Japan action jolts world markets

NIKKEI TURNS VOLATILE

The Bank of Japan shook up the U.S. DOLLAR. I'm sure there was a conference call about that one from the White House and The Federal Reserve. If Japan messes with the U.S. DOLLAR there's going to be consequences:
